CRS Advanced Training Program (ATP)

The CRS Advanced Training Program* was created for real estate professionals living and working outside of the United States. The Council’s ATP education catalog transcends borders and local customs by focusing on universal sales concepts, systems and sales strategies used by top producing real estate agents in the United States. *Also known as the Real Estate Advanced Practices (REAP) Program in some countries.

The 5 Key Components

This five-part classroom program* identifies the successful systems and strategies used universally. The program is broken into separate courses. They may be presented over consecutive days or as one-day courses, in any order, and within one calendar year.
*Program may vary depending on country.

The ATP provides an excellent foundation for residential sales training and provides credit towards the elite CRS Designation. ATP can be easily delivered by a certified instructor through a large firm, organized real estate entity, or association.

ATP courses are designed for ease of presenting. Established organizations, such as real estate companies and allied industry businesses, educational foundations, or universities, can bring the CRS Advanced Training Program to their country.
