Luxury Homes Certification

The Luxury Homes Certification is designed for professionals seeking to establish themselves in the exclusive luxury home market. Participants will explore advanced pricing strategies, client psychology, and negotiation techniques tailored to high-net-worth individuals, ensuring they meet the unique expectations of this clientele.

 

The program also provides guidance on developing a personal brand that resonates with luxury clients, helping agents differentiate themselves in a competitive space. Agents will gain insights into emerging trends, design preferences, and lifestyle expectations that shape the luxury market. By completing this certification, agents position themselves as trusted advisors, capable of delivering exceptional service and achieving outstanding results.

 

The learner will receive 8 credit hours toward the CRS Designation. 

Complete your certification

This certification will ask potential students to complete the courses listed below. After successful completion and achieving scores of 70% or better on both exams, students will receive the certification.
