Residential Listing Certification

The Residential Real Estate Council's Residential Listing Certification is designed to help agents excel in the competitive world of residential property sales by providing them with a deep understanding of how to maximize listing potential. Through comprehensive training in property presentation, marketing strategies, and pricing techniques, participants will learn how to position homes effectively in today’s market.

 

The program also emphasizes the importance of clear and consistent client communication, enabling agents to build trust and confidence throughout the listing process. By mastering these skills, agents will differentiate themselves from the competition, secure more successful transactions, and establish lasting relationships with satisfied clients.

 

The learner will receive 12 credit hours toward the CRS Designation.

Complete your certification

This certification will ask potential students to complete the courses listed below. After successful completion and achieving scores of 70% or better on both exams, students will receive the certification.

You’ll also strengthen communication practices that build client trust and provide consistent support throughout the entire listing process.

Traditional in-person or virtual classroom course led by an instructor that equips real estate professionals with the skills to confidently represent sellers from listing to close. This course focuses on understanding seller motivations, delivering expert guidance and counseling, creating and executing effective marketing plans, and implementing strong servicing systems. You’ll learn how to conduct compelling listing presentations, handle resistance and objections, close effectively, and communicate consistently with sellers while adapting proven marketing principles to elevate every listing and deliver exceptional service.

Get Certified

Once you have completed all of the necessary course requirements you will earn the certificate noted above. You will receive a certificate of completion and access to the logos to be used in your marketing and advertising.
