Negotiations Certificate

This program dives deep into the art and science of negotiations. The Residential Real Estate Council’s Negotiations Certificate equips agents with psychological insights to understand client motivations, manage conflict, and create win-win solutions. From overcoming objections to navigating high-stakes discussions, the program provides practical tools to increase confidence and effectiveness in any scenario.

 

With improved negotiation skills, agents can maximize outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and stand out as trusted professionals in competitive markets. By mastering these techniques, agents enhance their ability to close deals and foster long-term client loyalty, making them a valuable asset in any real estate transaction.

 

The learner will receive 8 credit hours toward the CRS Designation.

Complete your certification

This certification will ask potential students to complete the courses listed below. After successful completion and achieving scores of 70% or better on both exams, students will receive the certification.
