Artificial Intelligence Certification

The Residential Real Estate Council’s Artificial Intelligence Certification empowers agents to elevate their business with advanced tools like CRM systems, chatbots, and AR/VR technology. The learner will receive 8 credit hours toward the CRS Designation.

Complete your certification

This certification will ask potential students to complete the courses listed below. After successful completion and achieving scores of 70% or better on both exams, students will receive the certification.

Traditional in-person or virtual classroom course led by an instructor that combines expert guidance with hands-on workshop activities. Participants will actively develop AI prompts for real estate tasks, such as client communication, marketing, and property listings, while practicing using AI tools to analyze market trends, predict property values, and strengthen business strategies. Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, learners will apply ethical AI practices, including transparency, bias mitigation, and data privacy, and explore emerging AI technologies to stay ahead and confidently integrate AI into their real estate operations.
